VOGUE INSPIRED WINTER STYLED SHOOT
I had this vision in my head of a dramatic and completely overwhelming dress. As a college student, you might be able to imagine that I don't have $10,000 laying around to buy a gorgeous emerald Zac Posen gown. I had to get creative. I ordered a dark emerald green circle skirt, a black velvet bodysuit and made the tulle skirt with over 40 yards of tulle. The original plan was to photograph this session at the Richmond Capitol, but due to the Christmas season, the Capitol steps were closed in preparation for a Christmas program. We had to regroup. Thanks to a couple iPhones and Google, we were able to find this gorgeous Catholic church.
Enjoy the results. I'd like to think they're pretty stunning.
